Hepatitis C and HIV Positive Care Program

Program access by self referral or formal referral from any Health Care Practitioner.

  • Clinical care, education, support and advocacy for individuals living with Hepatitis C and/or HIV, their family and loved ones.
  • On-site Physician/Specialist access for the treatment of HIV and Hepatitis C (by appointment only).
  • Referral to Addiction programs, Detox, Methadone program, Mental Health, Home Care, Housing Support, etc.
  • Educational Presentations for any audience on Hepatitis C, HIV and related issues.
  • Peer Support Program
  • The Gate Program: a drop in resource center for those living with or at risk for HIV
