The Prince Albert Parkland Health Region is advising patients and family members that work on roadways at the Regional Health Centre will result in traffic changes starting Monday, July 14, 2014.

The work is taking place in the staff parking area south of the Herb Bassett Home, and will also result in some permanent traffic flow changes for patients, visitors, employees and physicians. The new traffic flows will accommodate a road that goes around the entire Regional Health Centre campus.

Family members and other visitors who require access to the new Pineview Terrace long-term care facility must access the site from the north entrance (past the staff parking area). Staff members who normally use the Herb Bassett Home parking lot will be required to park in the staff parking areas north of the Victoria Hospital.

The following graphic shows how traffic will move around the main entrance and visitor parking for the Victoria Hospital. Once the work is completed, the Region will be providing more information on the new traffic flows. Signage is being installed to provide direction for drivers.
