Population health promotion approach
The Population Health Promotion approach focuses on the factors that determine the health of the entire population. This is more than simply providing health information or teaching personal skills, it works to create environments and healthy public policy that support healthy lifestyles.
Prince Albert Parkland Health Region has staff members who work with community organizations to support healthy environments where people work, live & play.
